Sensory Play - Mini's - (0 to 9 months)

Do you have a non-moving baby? Want to meet some other parents at a similar stage to you?

Come join us for our fortnightly sensory play with plenty of time to chat over a cuppa too. Parenting can be so intense, and so lonely, especially in those early years. We also know how beneficial sensory play can be to all of us, especially the youngest ones in our society, so we have combined the 2 for our littlest ones and those who care for them. 

These sessions are aimed at parents and carers of newborn babies up to 9 months old (or older for those not yet crawling). We start with a 20 minute sensory play session to encourage little one to explore with their eyes, ears and touch with some development appropriate activities and toys. We finish this loosely structured play with bubbles, because who doesn't love bubbles! We then follow with space for a cuppa and a catch up. This is a time to relax a little and share some of your burdens and successes with other parents at a similar parenting stage.

Groups are kept small, to a maximum of 8 families. At Bronwyn's Baby every person is important and should feel welcome and not judged. We are a friendly bunch, with a listening ear at the ready. 

Please feel able to respond to your baby's needs at any point during these sessions, feed them, change nappies, calm them, hug them. Do whatever you need to do. This is a safe space, join in with as much or as little as you feel able to. We will spend about an hour together in total.

These Sensory Play sessions can be joined on a Pay As You Go Basis or Paid in Advance. Those who want to share sensory magic with us frequently can benefit from a 10% discount when booking 3 sessions in advance (half a term) or 20% when the entire 6 session term is booked in advance.

That's £19.20 for the whole 6 session term, £10.80 for 3 session half term or £4 per session for Pay As You Go. Discount applied automatically at the checkout.

These sessions are held on a Tuesday at 10am and last about an hour.

Our groups are held in our upstairs Snug area. Please park buggies downstairs and carry or support your child on the stairs. No.8 High Street is a 600+ year old Grade 1 listed building. The stairs are a little quirky and uneven. Please take care whilst climbing them.
