The Bronwyn’s Baby Tonies Club
Our Tonies Club is a library based out of our Wells, Somerset shop and is available in person only. This Tonies Club gives members the opportunity to borrow up to 3 Tonies at a time, from a huge range of Tonies content for only £5 per month.
Pop in store or view our library online to reserve your Tonies figure in advance. Swap out your Tonies figures as frequently as you like during the month, or hold onto each Tonies figure up to a maximum of a month. This keeps the library interesting and available to all members, ensuring everyone gets a chance to listen to the latest content.
New releases are added each month. The full library of Tonies is accessible via our Lend-Engine library site. This is where you can reserve an item online prior to collection, or alternatively you can choose in store too.

The Bronwyn’s Baby Tonies Club Library operates on a rolling monthly membership with no minimum term.
The monthly fee is £5 and is charged by monthly direct debit from the date of your first payment using Go Cardless. - The Bronwyn’s Baby Tonies Club is accessible to our in-person customers only, collecting from our Wells, Somerset shop. We don’t currently offer this to our online customers.

New members may borrow 1 Tonies Character at a time for their first 3 months (You can swap your borrowed Tonies Character as often as you like throughout the month!)
From your 4th month of library membership, your borrowing allowance increases to 2 Tonies Characters at a time giving you double the audio fun!
And even better than that: From your 6th month your borrowing limit increases to the maximum of 3 Tonies Characters on loan at a time! -
Swap your borrowed Tonies Character as frequently as you like, or keep hold of them for the whole month if you prefer!
We do require members to swap their Tonies Characters at least monthly to get the most benefit from the library and to keep the library collection varied for other borrowers! - When you borrow a Tonies Character that you would like to add to your own collection, Tonies club members also benefit from extra discounts on the full range of Tonie boxes, accessories and characters we have available to buy in our shop. This discount is at least 10% off the full RRP, but discounts may vary according to the current offers we have available from Tonies, so remember to tell you’re part of our Bronwyn’s Baby Tonies Club when you shop in-store to get the very best deals!

Damage & Breakages:
Tonies Characters are quite robust little gadgets, but we understand accidents sometimes happen. We ask our little library borrowers to take care of our Tonies Characters. If damage or breakages do occur, please let us know as soon as possible and return the Tonie Character to us with all the broken parts included. We hold the right to cancel any Bronwyn’s Baby Tonies Club memberships if damages or breakages become regular or are caused by lack of care for our products. -
Lost Tonies
Any lost Tonies Characters will need to be paid for by the library member before they will be allowed to borrow any more Tonies. The first Tonie lost by any member will be charged at 70% of the current RRP. Any subsequent lost Tonies Characters will be charged at the full RRP and if losses become regular, we hold the right to cancel Tonies Club membership at our discretion. -
Cancellation
You are free to cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or cancelling your direct debit through your bank. Once cancelled, your membership will remain active for the rest of the current period until the next monthly payment would be due.
Please cancel your membership at least 5 working days before your next direct debit payment is due, as we cannot stop payments being collected once submitted to your bank.
If cancellation requests are received less than 5 working days before your next payment due date and payment is collected, your Bronwyn’s Baby Tonies Club Library membership will remain active for another month and will end at the next payment due date. - All Tonies Characters borrowed through our Tonies Club Library service remain the property of Bronwyn’s Baby Ltd.
