Re-loved Preloved Credit Scheme

We are now able to offer you credit in the form of an in store voucher (minimum spend applies) when you bring in your preloved sustainable goods for us to pass on to be re-loved by someone else.

Terms and conditions:

This is currently only available in store, not online. Vouchers will be valid for 3 months from date of dropping off your preloved items and will have a minimum spend of £10 attached.

Voucher credit given will vary depending on the quality of the goods being returned and remains at the discretion of Bronwyn’s Baby Limited. Redemption of voucher only valid in store and by the expiry date shown on the voucher card (3 months after issue).

Bronwyn’s Baby buys back sustainable and eco conscious brands, good quality High Street brands and reserves the right to refuse to buy anything they do not feel meets this criteria.

We DO NOT accept Supermarket brands or unethical brands such as Primark or Shein.

 Bronwyn’s Baby will normally accept clothing and accessories for babies, children and maternity or breastfeeding clothing made from sustainable materials and from brands who can demonstrate they are making an effort to improve their ethical practices. Bronwyn’s Baby will also consider the buy back of reusable nappies and accessories as well as ergonomic baby carriers and slings, although these would be considered on a case by case basis. Voucher value for goods remains at the discretion of Bronwyn’s Baby staff and will be pre-agreed with the customer before completing the buy-back transaction. 

There is no cash equivalent available.

Vouchers are to be used in store only. The Voucher card must be present to be redeemed in store, be in date and valid. One use per customer and transaction. Only one voucher per transaction, with a minimum spend of £10.
