Shipping policy

Please note we only ship within the UK. We DO NOT currently offer international shipping. 

We will not ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

Upon receiving the order we endeavour to process your order within 2 business working days. Should there be a delay on the order we will contact you using the details the customer provides at point of order. Orders are processed Monday - Friday excluding UK bank holidays. If we are closed due to family holidays, illness or another unforeseen reason, we will put a notice on our website home page and social media accounts. Orders will then be processed after we return. 

Please allow 7-10 days after placing an order for it to arrive.  

Small items will normally be shipped by Tracked 24 or 48 Royal Mail (depending on fee paid). 

Larger items will be posted using a trusted courier service. We may post items asking for signature if they are of a large value. 

For local customers to Wells, Somerset, UK, free collection is available. Select 'Pick up' at checkout to collect your order from 8 High Street, Wells, Somerset, BA5 2SG during opening hours.
