These are the beautiful affirmation notes I wish I had been given when I had my first baby. They talk about sleep, feeding, babies who don't want to be put down, mama instincts. They are double sided with an affirmation on one side, and a little explanation on the other. Words that are really uplifting and encouraging to new mamas.
